It's easy: enter your preferred pick-up location and date to see which vehicles are available. Then all you have to do is choose your desired one and confirm the reservation.

Yes, you will be able to drive a car of the same model and features you have chosen: transmission, fuel type, power, number of seats, insurance, fuel policy and environmental label. 

You can pick up and return your rental vehicle on the dates and times specified while making your reservation.

When you go to the retailer for picking up the car, the retailer will ask you to provide a valid credit card to block a guarantee for the duration of the rental time.


 

When collecting the vehicle, you must present the following documents:

• a valid domestic driving licence for the respective vehicle class

• a valid identity card or passport

• a valid credit card

If you are unable to present all the above documents, or they are not valid at the time of collection, the reservation will be cancelled and the retailer will apply the cancellation fee (according to the rate for one day's rental) to the card you have provided them with, once the reservation has been confirmed. 

Yes, but it will depend on the country of expedition. Driving licences from European Union countries are valid in Spain. Driving licences from non-EU countries will also be accepted as long as they have a valid visa at the time of rental (except Switzerland). Non-EU citizens residing in the European Union for more than 6 months must present an EU driving licence. 

You can cancel your reservation through your Jaguar & Land Rover RENT website account and/or selected retailer. You will find their contact details in your user account under reservation information or in the email with your booking confirmation.

You can make changes to your reservation through your selected Jaguar & Land Rover RENT retailer. You will find their contact details in your user account under reservation information or in the email with your booking confirmation.

For private and business customers, the maximum rental period is six (6) months.


 

Yes, you can, as long as the retailer accepts this at the time of collection of the vehicle. In the event that the vehicle is driven by another person who is not authorised by the retailer, there will be an additional charge. 

Yes, but please contact the Jaguar & Land Rover RENT retailer with whom you have booked the vehicle as far in advance as possible.

Anyone over 25 years of age and who has held a driving licence for more than two years can drive our vehicles. 

Yes, in Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Spain (mainland), Sweden, Switzerland, Vatican City and United Kingdom. But please note that you will not be able to transport it by ferry.

No, our rental vehicles are smoke-free.


 

No, pets are not allowed in our vehicles.

If the car has any damage or deficiency, you should immediately notify the retailer and take photographs of the possible damage.

No, only on-road driving is permitted.

If you experience a breakdown or accident during your rental, you will need to contact Jaguar Land Rover Support. You can do this via the Optimised Assistance button, the SOS Emergency Call on your vehicle or by telephone on +32-3-253 63 62. Your rental includes 24 hour roadside assistance and a replacement car at no extra cost.

The deposit (also called excess and set by the retailer) will be blocked will be blocked or paid to the retailer when you pick-up the car.

The rental price will be charged at the end of the rent period when you return the car back to the retailer.

From the moment you return the vehicle, the retailer has 24 hours to release the deposit.

For rentals of 28 days or more the rental fee will be charged at the beginning of each month (from the first day of the agreed vehicle collection).

The purpose of the deposit is to guarantee any subsequent charges that the retailer may apply for traffic fines, damages caused during the service, among others.

Yes, but only in the following cases:

  • If you cancel a reservation with less than 24 hours notice.
  • If you exceed the established mileage.
  • If you deliver the vehicle after the agreed time. 
  • If you return the vehicle with less fuel in the tank than it had at the time of collection. 
  • If you hire any extra accessories.
  • If you deliver the vehicle in a condition requiring an interior and/or exterior wash.

Each retailer sets its own rates. To find out if you can benefit from a special price as a company, please contact your retailer.   

The rental price includes the vehicle's civil liability insurance. 

Yes, as a driver, you are responsible for paying the costs associated with the use of certain roads, such as tolls. 

Yes, unless otherwise agreed with the retailer. If the fuel level at the time of return is not as agreed with the retailer, you will be required to pay for the additional fuel according to the price list available from the retailer. 

Yes, as long as it is agreed with the retailer and within their opening hours. You can check the retailer´s opening hours in your private area and in your booking confirmation email.

We will contact you by email to inform you of the fine, since as the driver you are responsible for traffic offences, and we will charge the amount to the card that appears on the rental contract.

You must inform the competent authority and your retailer.
